WHO WE ARE

Hi, we are Zsuzsi and Nikki. When we first met at a spiritual retreat, we didn’t know we’d fall in love.
But after just one eye-gazing exercise, we knew we were destined for one another.


What followed wasn’t easy. Zsuzsi was still married, and Nikki lived thousands of miles away. We had to navigate heartbreak, family tension, and a massive leap of faith. But we did it with the tools we had collected over the years: Human Design, nervous system work, inner child healing, and conscious communication.
These weren’t just healing modalities, they became our daily practice. And somewhere along the way, we realized this isn’t just our love story. These tools could help millions of people create the kind of connection we almost didn’t believe was possible. That’s when Zhia started to take shape — not just as a coach, but as a companion for people doing the work of becoming.

  • Zsuzsi Evans, Co-Founder

    Zsuzsi is a former national retail leader turned founder of a New York City-based beauty brand. Her personal journey from burnout to self-healing led her to Human Design. She’s spent the last 4 years in private practice helping women access confidence, emotional clarity, and authentic alignment both through private sessions and her online community. She’s the architect of Zhia’s personalization framework and its voice.

  • Nikki Chilewski, Co-Founder

    Nikki brings a unique combination of emotional and structural intelligence. A Navy veteran and former government employee, Nikki’s early career honed her skills in leadership and discipline. After overcoming profound personal adversity, she trained extensively in Soul Integration work and trauma-informed coaching. Today, she’s the co-creator of the Soulgasm relationship masterclass and the core of Zhia’s emotional healing method.

  • Vanessa Sotomayor, CCO

    Vanessa is our Chief Connection Officer. With 19 years of experience in sales and business development, she brings a warm, strategic presence to the Zhia team. She is a certified Holistic Life Coach with a deep commitment to authentic connection, emotional intelligence, and conscious communication. Vanessa bridges relationships with partners, podcasts, and press, helping Zhia reach the communities who need her most.

  • Pascal Louis-Marie, Engineer

    Pascal is Zhia’s enthusiastic lead engineer. He has built scalable systems for both startups and large organizations (such as Apple). He’s deeply focused on secure architecture, ethical AI, and ensuring Zhia’s backend can handle deep personalization without compromising privacy. His understanding of both spiritual principles and technical applications of generative Ai makes him an invaluable part of the Zhia team.
